I think Beckham would be better if he wasn't the captain. If someone told him not to keep kicking the ball to nowhere and to actually get up the ruddy pitch he might actually be useful. He just seems to lack the creativity to do anything else.

The whole team just seems to lack direction, its no good messing about with the formation if all you will do is smack a ball as far forward as possible and completely avoid playing in the middle of the pitch.
 
^ As expected. I'd still rather have Carragher in the team. Hargreaves is only playing right back because Beckham kicked up a fuss about not getting enough of the ball and not being able to influence the game without it. No FGS? :confused:
 
Ecuador keepers got a nice bit of facepaint on! Looks like a flash version of Rustus from Turkeys warpaint.

Need a big performance today, its time for the boys to show they've got what it takes to be contenders.
