I have been queuing since 10am and I am still 2936 in queue. I expect to play about 5-6pm tonight.

I've rerolled like some others on noggen. Came home on my lunch and there was a 10 min queue so I don't think we have to worry about it dying. Might mean I get to play tonight.
They did free transfers back in Vanilla.

They did free transfers for established characters and guilds when the game was mature and a new expantion came out.
They are unlikely to do free tranfers for fresh characters when you can just pick another server.
You have no trade skills leveled, no gold and very little character progression.
You guys are spending more time in queues than some people are actualy playing (and making progress).
I'm not saying they'll do free transfers for a level 10 fresh start. I'm saying down the line if you rolled on a low-pop server that is now dead, you'll probably get a free transfer to a more populated one.
You only need to see how many people are posting on the official EU forums asking for free transfers already.
No chance, It will just be how it is now to migrate a character to a different server, think it costs £20
Up to you really mate. Noggenfogger is now a medium pop realm with about a 10 minute queue. 20-30 of us have rolled on there.
Sure beats waiting 6 hours on Firemaw.

I made good progress considering how busy it was! Orc Hunter, got to Lv6 through the usual means, so glad I managed to work out the fastest route on a busy server. Took me just over 2 hours to reach Lv10. Going to Trisfal at Lv7 is damn crucial. Those 3 levels just come out of nowhere with all the new basic quests in Trsifal.
