World War 3 - large-scale modern combat Tactical Shooter with late 2018 release targeted.

I've been watching this one for a while! I miss the modern Battlefield games, but I'm tired of developers segregating my game library with platforms like Origin etc. The fact this is on Steam is a huge plus for me. The PUBG Discord won't see me for dust! :p

I dunno, it all looks a bit, well, basic? Uninspired? A well trodden path many games have gone down and appeared to have done it better? I haven't played it, but I think we need to see a bit more. As said a grey dull and rainy Brandenburg gate doesn't exactly show it in the best light.

It's actually quite pretty inside the buildings on that map. Agreed, it does look a tad drab on the outside but that is what they are after I read. 'Gritty realism' is a phrase used.
If you like BF3/4 and like/ok with playing hardcore you will like this. I did. For 20 quid I'm definitely up for it.

Your allowed to talk about it now, just not post screenshots or video.

I intially had allot of issues getting it to run, it uses easy anti cheat. I have a asus motherboard with Aura to control my RGB lighting. EAC doesnt like this, so I have to end the process before I try and open the game. Once I got the game open it would then crash when I tried to join a game. That was an issue with AMD GPU drivers. Changing the video settings to low allows me to play it.

I quite like the gun play, weapon mechanics & movement, it seems closer to arma than battlefield.

The weapon customisation is amazing, although a little complicated.

I had the video settings on low but it does look quite nice, although the map I played did feel a little land of the giants.

It has some teething issues but I think with some work it has allot of potential.

My beta experience was a horrible lag fest, a feeling that the world was pretty barren and the gameplay pretty generic. Light years from bf4 at the moment. I don't think my 1070 SLI setup helped much, will give it another shot now I've ditched them.
