Not likely, the very concept of the logistics involved of moving that many people onto another country as such sounds almost impossible.
They'd be shot down/bombed/sunk before they got close.

ERrm, thats complete destruction radius, and doesn't include the fallout, which that many nukes, would basically cause all our air to become radioactive, rain will bring it down into soil all over causing radioactive water supplies, killing animals, tainting most of the worlds farmland, making the world next to uninhabitable.
THe nukes we have would be enough to take out every major industrial power, most significant countries major cities and the massive majority of the whole worlds population in seconds, sure plenty of people will survive, with no power, food, water, many of them simply unable to survive where ever they happened to be when all the cities blew up.
WE have FAR more than enough firepower to end humanity AS WE KNOW IT in any recognisable form. a Comet that wiped out most life on earth, didn't destroy all life on earth, without literally blowing the planet up its impossible to do, even then plenty of bacteria and things iwll probably survive.
China is incredibly unlikely to start a major war with Russia or America, considering CHina's systematically bought trillions of debt from the states, they largely depend on the USA working well and having a booming economy for them to have a booming economy, it would be nuts for China to do that, they'd lose trillions of dollars doing so aswell as, well, losing.
AS someone said, a nuke being used by a small group of people to entice someone into war with someone else is maybe the most likely cause for a war these days. Or Iran starting something HUGE with Israel, USA, Iraq.

At the moment everybody is too skint, so I'd say no war. However of course it should be noted that when people are skint, they start fighting. Or in the case of the Americans perhaps not. 
I am slightly more worried about the cumulative effects of the world situation though. Poverty just keeps increasing, we're furthering the damage to the planet, we're depleting what food we have, we're rendering more and more land unfarmable, there's a rising population that for a good proportion of the world, is old and not working etc. These are serious problems, that not so long ago were almost in isolation of each other and are now running hand in hand.

I would most likely be Iran and israel.
Iran gets support from other middle eastern countries, starts **** with israel and when one side is close to getting annihilated breaks out the nukes, which are then returned.
Situation explodes as countries take sides.

A war between them I think will be likly to happen but I would hope nukes wouldnt be used. Problem it seems with them is there is no way peace can be agreed really. Or at least I cant see a way.

I reckon if we were ever to see a major event like ww3 and it got bad enough a few countries would all of a sudden start showing off some really advanced technology they've had secretly for some time now, my guess is the US would have the best tech around, would be quite interesting to see what they have up their sleeve, probably some world changing thing just waiting for the right time.
