They reshot 7 weeks worth, infact might still be reshooting now. That's a he
l of a lot for a feature of that size. Doesn't look good at all, although I have to say I like the swarm style of zombies (although they're too quick for the book)

I'm not surprised by this at all - unfortunately. The book is excellent but the pace is too slow for a movie so I guess some Hollywood 'genius' decided to make it into an full-on action film.
I agree with others that a TV show was the correct format for this. Shame.

I saw the preview clip yesterday, and this looks absolutely awful. That was the worst CGI I have ever seen in a movie (and that includes The Scorpion King). The "zombie wave" was just so ridiculous.

World War Z was never going to make a good film. A TV series doing the interviews and flashbacks as a straight up conversion telling the story over months of episodes would be the only way to do it justice.

Band of Brothers as a zombie series. That would be immense.

Don't like the sight of how they move, fiction aside when it comes to actually being infected I dislike when they have them behave manually like their still not human. Looks like they move like ants.
