Seriously I'm a person who likes to worry and who thinks through all the possibilities in my mind first. Truth be told it doesn't help you it only hinders you. I've learnt to deal with it by pushing it out of my mind and focusing on the tasks in front of me. It might be small bits at a time like finishing a chapter or paragraph before a certain time but you will find as you complete the tasks the amount you have to worry about will reduce.
Nitefly gives some good advice. Worrying isn't going to get you anywhere it will only make you feel worse. Just stop worrying and start doing, you will feel better for it....

I guess I am worrying too much for no good reason. I just managed to get through an assignment in 1 hour because I was thinking too much and was not realizing what I actually needed to do.
