Are young women drivers.

Yes, I know you get boy racers as well, but I'm just generalising.

I drive a lot so I see what's going on.

Young women drivers are worst for low high speeding in 30 MPH roads, always texting/talking on mobile phones.

They are terrible night drivers.

When you get a group of young females in a small car going somewhere, they always seem to be in party mood and forget that there is other cars on the road.

And over the last 12 months I've noticed that more and more young women are drivers in fatal accidents.

What's your thoughts.

Young, old, rich, poor, male, female. I've seen shocking driving from them all. One of the main reasons I stopped driving a motorbike on the roads is middle aged women. Every "OH ****!!!!" moment seemed to me to be the result of a poor decision on the part of a middle aged woman who's mind was elsewhere other than the road.

We're all going to have our different opinions on which demographic is worst based on our experience.

It won't be long until someone gets all biscuity arsed and claims sexism and gets all up on their high horse. So before THAT person arrives, I'm stating my opinion, based on IRL facts/experiences.

There is a lot of terrible drives on the roads. My girlfriend and I play a game, where every stupid mistake or action on the road results in a guess the gender game. Over the spell of time we have played this game (over 2 years) I would say, that 8/10 times a driver does something utterly ridiculous, it is a female. My girlfriend, is a female. She full on admits it is embarassing and that women in general are just useless when it comes to basic driving skills.

Lane discipline is the absolute worst one where I live. No matter the size of vehicle, they need to drive to the opposite direction to which they are actually turning before making the actual turn, as if they are turning a bus at all times.

Roundabouts? Straight line them. If someone is in the other lane beside you, oblivious. Check mirrors? lol.

Right hand lane 20mph below the speed limit.... Exit/Junction is not for another 3 miles, but they need that right hand lane ASAP. Thanks to this ***tery I am the best undertaker in the world.

Don't get me bloody started! There are a lot of bad male drivers, but there is a MUCH larger amount of females who just basically should not even be on the road.

HAHA, funnily enough, me and missus play that same game, guess the gender. If you ask her what's the worst drivers on the road are, she'll say female.

your driving down the road, the person happily pulls out in front of you without looking and carries on like normal..

you think "i'll be nice this time and wait here for that car to pass" no wave thanking you.

certain owners all rushing around in there family wagons picking up there kids blocking the roads.

im sure the list goes on, i don't want to generalise on gender. but those sorta things bug me.

just last week i pulled a young girl out of her totaled car. I was on a a country lane as a car just moments before had flew off the road and was completely on its side propped up against two trees.

I stopped jump out amusing some one was seriously hurt and found a 19/20 year old girl trapped in the car unhurt in tears. It was wet and she must have been doing over 100 to have left the road the way she did. Very lucky not to have the windscreen hit the tree as she would have had some serious injury or worse. All she had to say for herself was "why does this happen to me?".

Anyway imo the worst drivers drive people carriers!

The thing that irritates me is on the housing estate where I live, people cut blind corners and come onto my side of the road because they are too lazy to turn the wheel enough to stay on their side of the road.I have had a few close incidents where the car turning into the street has done this and nearly took my front end off.

Funnily enough my girlfriend will happily admit that generally women are worse drivers too.

From what I've witnessed women and the elderly are terrible for things like observation and lane discipline, while men tend to be a little more aggressive and arrogant.

WOMEN SHOULD HAVE TO SIT A DRIVING TEST TWICE

I have a better idea. They should have compulsory chauffeurs. We could use the swathes of unemployed men to fill these posts. Unemployment fixed. Safer roads. Women have more time to worry about their woman stuff therefore spend less time poisoning us men about it.

I think I've just stumbled upon a revelation.

On the topic of elderly drivers, my neighbours (all on death's door) all put plastic carrier bags over their wing mirrors as there is a blackbird around here that takes exception to them and pokes them until they break and the cars are covered in crap.

The old people don't ever remove the bags, they drive everywhere with the wing mirrors covered.

This has quite simply made my evening. Amazing.

Women without a doubt are more dangerous. I'd say 8/10 accidents I've seen in 7 years are caused by women.

Women can't:
Park
Stay in lane
Stick to the speed limit (over or under)
Keep a safe distance from car in front
Drive without drinking
See ahead more than one car (worst still on motorways...)

I know 4 people at work that have been banned. 3/4 women... And once TWICE... They honestly scare me.

The amount of 65+ year olds I have pulled out of junctions on me, try to join a lane while they're next to me or decided you give way from the left is unbelievable.

Actually, speaking of giving way to the left. My girlfriend was telling me a few weeks back that she was in the car with her best friend, said best friend was trying to tell her that you actually give way from the left, and to top it off her dad is a driving instructor!

Women are the worst drivers on the road and the fastest cars on the motorway are people carriers with 'child on board' stickers in the rear windscreen. Generalising but you always notice it.

A women nearly threw me off the road last week. Coming off the motorway onto a two lane sliproad with her car right up my arse, she decides you don't actually have to leave the motorway before choosing the left or right lane on the slip road, instead she wants onto the right lane immediately... so, as I leave the motorway intending on entering the right slip road lane she flies past me, nearly on the hatched lines and travels right into my side, forcing me into the left lane, it was frighteningly close, a near high speed collision. She pulls up at traffic, sunglasses on, looking the short arsed, pretty thing and starts doing her make-up.

It still angers me. Women scare the **** out of me on the road.

I don't really bother when women screw up on the road and realise they done it. But see when they do something mind bogglingly ridiculous, which is beyond belief, and they are obvlivious to have even done anything wrong, THIS, is when I want to watch the world implode and take everyone with it.

I've seen equally terrible driving from male and female drivers. My biggest gripe is taxi drivers at night and not directly due to their driving, but they all think it is ok to use main beam on roads with other near by traffic.

Yey! I play the guess the gender game with my gf too! She'll also concede that the vast majority of the time women are the dodgy driver. Out of the two crashes I've had personally, both were women going in to the side of me by failing to stop at a junction or pulling out at a roundabout without looking. I've also pulled two of them out of wrecked cars where each took the same bend too fast in the wet.
Saying that though, the one fatal accident I've seen involved a boy racer overtaking a bus on a hill crest, hitting a traffic island at the top, hitting an oncoming car and then plowing down a pedestrian who was killed instantly.

My biggest gripe are mums with kids in car.
Just watch them on their rear view mirror and you'll see them fiddling with adjusting their kid or putting them in place because they have bums on needles. Often you'll see their eyes completely off the roads!

I leave a BIG gap on people like that, too many near misses with cars of this sort.
