Worst game you have played?

Metro last light - I have no doubt the game is excellent and from what I have been able to play it was really good but no matter what drivers I have used and even after a complete windows fresh install I am unable to last more than in hour before constant lock ups and CTD's. I gave up in the end and can't bring myself to go back to it.

Worst.
Dragon Age 2, after the magnificence of 1 this filthy cash in is my worst game of all time.
Ghost Recon Future Soldier, I don't even know where to begin.

Disappointing.
Bioshock infinite. Everything said by Videogamer summed up how I felt perfectly. Infinite was especially poor for me because I played it directly after 2, which wasn't great either, but, Rapture.

Ah this thread again. Full again of excellent AAA titles that people just don't get on with. And then some truly bad titles.

Excellent work on the Diakatana and Big Rigs votes.

I'm going to throw Spec Ops 2 : Green Beret in to the mix. It was effectively a patience simulator built on the anti-enjoyment engine. It had some saving graces, the main one I couldn't enjoy because of my 56k. In the end I made EB take it back and I picked up the just released Deus Ex. Best trade-in of all time.

witcher 2, Just didn't understand it. And people saying it looks nice to me it looks awful to be honest.

Don't feed the troll :D

I hope the troll is hungry. Yes this game just looks terrible!

Look how awful this is!

Haha!

Im currently playing the witcher 2 and i have to say it looks amazing... and if you can gert past the tricky combat its a stunning game (still in act 1).

Yes, Skyrim looks better but when youre in the game the witcher 2 is incredible.

Has to be the best game i've played this year so far. (skyrim was last year. :)).

The worst game i've played recently is GRID 2, just boring repetive racing. Even F1 2012 feels fresh in comparison.

I didn't like Borderlands, was a poor FPS and a lame RPG - failed on both fronts. played for an hour then stopped. I guess the kids like it because of the language and the cartoon style.

BL2 is very addictive, but it's deffo a kid's teeny shooter, it's street garbage kiddy slang.

Pandora as a planet, supporting that variety of lifeforms and the lifeforms that it has had, is totally fiction and reveals game developers that have no idea what they're up to.

the laws of Physics and nature are universal, lifeforms like that can not exist in the environments that they appear in.

BL2 is a kids teeny shooter because of the slang and cartoon style, LOL. It's a game where you could just sit back, shoot **** and not be too involved in heavy storyline or dialogue. Plus it's meant to be exactly that sort of game.

As for the physics and nature assessment, not sure if you're taking the **** or not but calm down , it's just a game.

Controversial but Battlefield 3 and the Last 3 COD games.

Having such fond memories of BF2 and playing it for hours and hours then playing BF3 left a sour taste in my mouth. On-rails single player and multi-player that I didnt find fun at all and worst thing about it - no bots !!!!!!

:)

Are you a real life idiot or just trolling?

I'll take the bait anyway, seeing as games are generally based on fiction, they do not have to abide by the 'universal' laws of physics and nature.

As for Borderlands 2 being a 'teeny shooter', maybe you are just getting old. I know many people around 29/30 who play this game religiously. It is also a fairly violent game (hence the 18 rating). It is a well made, loot based shooter with an amusing story. Yes it can get repetitive, but what game doesn't?

I guess I better get back to my realistic games though, can't be having a game that doesn't abide by those physics! Like Arma 2, where I can drive a tank into a rock and have it fly up into the sky randomly. Thank goodness every other game uses real life physics.

fc2

and haze stick in my mind.

Haze was terrible! I think I played it for about 5 minutes, getting through the first cut scene and then saw how awful the graphics were.

I picked up NFS Pro Street for PS3 the other day, and it is also shocking. The car handling is bad and the frame rate is even worse. Wish there were more games like Midnight Club, where you can actually customize your car, instead of just being given high end supercars and put on a track.
