Worst game you have played?

Unsure if people are being hipster, or if they hear x game is great from everyone and everywhere, build it up into their head that it will be some amazing game which is the greatest thing ever, and when they play it it's not as good as they would have expected, so don't like it.
 
Shaun White Snowboarding. Hands down terrible. Continuously crashed till I moved from AMD to Nvidia and then wouldn't accepted controllers.

However, The War Z was just awful. I picked it up in the summer sale expecting it to be a bit better now they've had time to sort it out. But oh my was I wrong. It takes more than 5 hits with a katana to kill 1 zombie. DayZ is light years ahead.

Worst played:
Rise of the Robots
Spiderman: Web of Shadows

Most disappointing:
Bioshock (loved System Shock 2, but hated everything about Bioshock)
Spore (so much hype, so little delivery)

Most surprising:
Bioshock Infinite (As I disliked Bioshock, and skipped 2 as a result, I was apprehensive, but liked the style so gave it a go. Turned out to be my game of the year.)
BL2 (I enjoyed BL1 from a multiplayer perspective, but found the SP to be terrible. BL2 had a very enjoyable SP campaign with some great set-pieces.)

Now that is interesting. I loved all 3 of them! But yes I agree with Infinite, I don't think it deserves as much of the hate as it is getting (mainly because people hyped themselves up too much)

I found it to be quite enjoyable. However, it was the first AC game I properly played, so I may not have had the expectations that others did. I played it on PS3 and it was actually the first game in a long time that I didn't find any bugs/crashes in. The marine combat was refreshing and the scenery looked great.

Assassins Creed III was boring for the first 5-6 hours until the prologue FINALLY ends (around about Sequence 6) and you are let free to roam the frontier.

I'm playing through it at the moment and it has some really good bits and some really naff bits.

It's certainly not the worst game ever, though I can see why many might be disappointed with it. If I hadn't persevered past playing 'Haitham' I might have the same opinion of it.
