Worst Holiday Experience

I was on holiday in Cuba when hurricane Dennis struck - we were locked in the hotel, with all the doors and windows boarded up for about 24 hours, and what sounded like Armageddon going on outside.When we could finally go outside it looked a bit like the set of a disaster movie.

All credit to the Cubans though, there were teams of people clearing everything up, removing fallen trees etc as soon as it was safe to go outside again.

Wow. I wouldnt go there now after they invaded Syria last night. There is sure to loads of ISIS reprisal attacks in Turkey now.

If I was holidaying there right now Id come straight home.

Only way we'd cancel is if the government said it wasn't safe, so up to yet we're going! who knows we might have a story to had to the thread
