Who was that guy over in the PC gaming section who posted asking to cheat with other members with Games For Windows Live games to get achievements? He got totally ridiculed. Felt sorry for him in way, never saw him post after that.

As said been some classic threads other then just in GD.

Oh and seeing as it was mentioned, that 'bracket system' thread was just weird.

.................but was so excited to tell the internet that he was having fun in real life that he forgot to go back to the party with his abba singstar (thus avoiding the painful realisation that pretty girls do not shag drunk nerds with abba singstars)

What is even more worrying is the recent spate of so called joke threads. I presume they’re posted by retards for retards as they’re not funny anymore. It seems that for the time being the good joke has died. :D

Yahoooooo .... I can't believe it took until page three for my thread to get a mention. :D I finally called it a night a 7am and have been awake since 9.30am .... I still haven't sobered up yet :D

As I remember it, some guy posted a thread saying he’d devised a way of speaking in forum threads that enabled him to place more emphasis into what was being said by using [ ] . For example explaining emotions and, well whatever else he put into [ ] and claimed it made understanding how the poster was trying to convey themselves online easy or simpler to understand – or something like that.

It was quite bizarre, and it made reading his ramblings rather tricky. All of the [ ] and ( ) he used made the whole thread look ridiculous.
