Worst upgrade EVER !

Unlucky indeed. I had 2 Samsung F3 1TB running for 2 years solid and never skipped a single beat. Moved them over to my new case, and boom, 1 died ... was gutted
There is a firmware update for Samsung Drives, I had the exact same issue upgrading for z87 with my Samsung drives vanishing. So if you model number is one of the link below, give that a shot, solved it for me.

I moved to a new case along with my Haswell setup and my Samsung F3 also had the dreaded click of death followed by not appearing. I was having some SMART warnings on my X58 set-up prior to this (seatools gave the all clear) but it never skipped a beat. I will try Cr4zy's suggestion with the firmware though and see what happens.
