The Core i9-13900K beats the 7800X3D easily: it's 32% faster in single-threaded work

I've not had a chance to compare with a 4090 myself - but 7800X3D + 4080 vs 14700K + 4080 Super and in most games at 1440p/4K with high/ultra settings it was margin of error stuff, while the 14700K can be noticeably faster outside of gaming but also sometimes stuff like installing and/or game load times can be considerably quicker on the 13th or 14th gen CPUs.

Yer we all know intel is/was faster at everything apart from gaming.
what you have to understand is in @jigger very extensive testing of zero chips in zero board he found that on google intel was faster but didnt like that and said it was AMD

Oh wait till the 9950x3d hits and there will be a bunch of 9800x3d on the members for sale forums. For a lot of people the 9800x3d is there main upgrade but there will be a few that using it as a temporary chip until the 9950x3d drops. Myself included.

I think you need like 1000 posts or set amount of post within an alloted time I can't remember which. Should be easy enough for you. You can pick up a lot of bargains there. Most of the frequent posters there are trustworthy enough and they are very reasonable for pricing and negotiations.

I seen a thread about it where a guy had been kicked out lol… it’s a 1000 but they also said if you look to be rushing to get there they can ban you.. and TBF I dont know if I like the idea of paying random people over a forum.

I’ll have a look if/when I get there but based on my posting rate it will be September hahah

Yeah if it like a blatant spam then yeah you will get caught on it.

They are randoms you don't know but they have a feedback thread attached to them. So you can check their history. The frequent buyers and sellers there have very good reputation and feedback.

It no different to buying off eBay and there is nothing to say someone with 100 feedback will still stiff you. Any more than a person with 0 feedback will stiff you.

I have been here a long time and there are people I know in the for sale forums I know they will honour their word. But with any forums place on any website regardless there is always a chance you could get scammed. This applies to anyone. But if you want that bargain and potentially saving hundreds/thousands over a year that's a risk you have to take and only you can decide if it is worth.
