The original packaging was a little on the poor side but I've had CPU's arrive in a standard paper envelope and they still worked fine.
OcUK are cheaper for some things and not for others. I got a DP cable from here that was cheaper than even the ones I could find on Ebay so it pays to never generalise and do a full search/comparison.
