Would you spend 80 notes on this.

I don't think I've ever spent more than £50 on any item of clothing... Apart from my suit! So thats a no... I deffinately wouldn't spend £80 on that tshirt:)

Then you my friend appear to have more money than sense :p

Agreed!

£80 for a T-shirt is at least £60 above budget, and usually closer to £75, a dreadful waste of money. Just my opinion.

I don't think I've ever spent more than £10 on a t-shirt! Actually I think I can buy a pack of 3 for £10 :p

Then again I don't give a **** about fashion etc... ;)

I certainly wouldn't spend that sort of money on 1 piece of clothing.

i find it hard to justify spending more than £30 on trousers and £20 on a T shirt, i'll spend £50 on a good buttoned shirt, because anywhere that has a smart dress policy will NOT let you in wearing a polo shirt!

so to answer NO, and for that one, not even if it was £5! looks like something you could buy in "skoolkit" for your child to do PE in!

It's not a Polo shirt and it's not a T shirt; it's a sports/soccer top and I wouldn't buy it or wear it but if you like it and are comfortable wearing it, then go ahead, it's not for me to tell you what to buy.

ps I paid £85 for a Paul Smith "grandad" shirt more than ten years ago so the price is not silly.

80 beans is a lot to pay for one top but then it is silk... I might be tempted if it didnt have the adidas symbol on it or the stripes, ie was just plain white but I would only wear it places where I was sure nothing would get spilt on it and for me thats not very many places.

Save your nuggets, buy a cheaper beer stainable wear down the pubable top and get a few rounds in with the rest :D

Decent quality clothes have superior cut and generally much superior materials too.

£80 for a T Shirt if you're into nice clothes is not an awful lot at all, I have a few Prada and Gucci that were well over £100 each.

All depends what you're into, personally I wouldn't spend more than £80 on a graphics card but we all have different interests don't we?

Cost £80 and I wonder how much it cost them to make?

aaaaaaaaaaarrrrrgggggggh

The cost of production is just about the least important factor in an item's price. Oil costs about $5 a barrel to extract but is sold for $70, why do you think that is?

Isnt that nice and u want to wear it out and about? It will last one night in a pub b4 it gets ripped/burnt by fags/thrown up on/bear spilt down it etc..etc..

£80 on a t-shirt.....maybe if it's a truly nice, high-end t-shirt....but Adidas? No.

Infact I'd never, ever spend £80 on a t-shirt. On other items of clothing, sure, but t-shirts are £5 things which don't last long and aren't supposed to be "fancy".

Any bloke buying a shirt/tshirt/whatever for more than £20 is clearly gay :D

ps No.

Agreed with the no vote, but spending more than 20 quid is sometimes needed, try buying 2xl or 3xl animal or similar tshirts, it's a no go unless you go to high and mighty, with the associated cost price (or gamble on stuff being right size from states)

I can think of about 10 stores in short distance from me that will be selling that cheap white polo shirt for about £5 in their bargain bins.

I'd only spend £80 on a top if it's a proper piece of designer/recognised branded clothing. Not some Addidas tat.

Quite like it myself, don't think I'd buy it though. Mainly because I have man boobs and would look a complete tit in it, literally.

If you've got the dosh and you like it, buy it. Don't let anyone tell you it's not worth it. We all have our sins, for some it's cars, fags, booze, gambling, pc bits or spandex pants. If it floats your boat, go for it.
