WoW Frame rate issues.

my 6800gt sometimes seems to drop from the usual 50+ to 2-3 when i first enter towns, it was just because it was getting a bit hot

try monitoring the temps/voltages etc with something like rivatuner and see if theres anything wrong

Neo can you be more specific at all with what was changed in the config file? Mine doesnt have the line you suggested

My computer isnt dusty or hot either, although it has switched itself off during AV once,
