check to make sure there is no switch or slider on the side to write protect it if not you could try
Click > Start > RUN > type "CMD" Then
Type "CHKDSK" and type the drive letter of your USB drive and "/F".
Example: chkdsk Q: /F > Enter (Q: being the drive letter)
possible fault with the pen the other thing you could try is go to disk management and try deleting the partition altogether thats the only other way i think
reading on google there is quite a lot of this with kingston sticks
