WWDC XIII Event. Tonight 6pm

I haven't seen much pictures the iOS itself, as I couldn't get onto the actual video, but the new functions and features sound good. I'll go hunting for pictures when I've had something to eat.

Also Eddie Cue looks like he's literally got off the plane after a holiday consisting of copious amounts of sun, women and psychedelic drugs.
He always looks like a trainwreck that man lol

Excellent show by Apple. Whilst iOS 7 looks great, its not enough to tempt me back. I'm glad they've raided Cydia and grabbed a lot of inspiration from the JB developers there - they should have done that ages ago.

I really like the new look of iOS 7. There was nothing really wrong with it before, but now it looks like it's grown up and matured. Bring on the release later in the year.

Epic iOS update. Seriously includes everything I think iPhone users could possibly hope for. Loved the way he threw in Notification Syncing right at the end. That, alone, is massive and very impressive. Combined with the way that OSX Mavericks allows for iPhone/iPad notifications to appear, it completely harmonises devices. iOS is king again in my books.

It looks as if (and they mentioned this) the feel of the UI changes depending on your wallpaper etc, due to the transparency of many of the interface elements.

Looking through the pictures here: http://www.theverge.com/2013/6/10/4415386/ios-7-photo-gallery

It does seem really good. They've taken the best, and most important Jailbreak features, and a few from Android and Windows Phone respectively, and then put their own spin on it which is pretty unique.

As long as the stability remains and of course the apps continue to be the best then Apple are on to a total winner here. Yes it still lacks the detailed customisation of Android but not that many people care about it in reality.

I can't wait to try it.

iOS 7 looks good.

As an android user the update makes iOS pretty appealing. They are jamming in more of the work flows I use in android (not very coherently e.g. Control centre and notifications in different pull up/down bars, but they are at least there). Active app icons displaying info is effectively a widget, which I approve of :)

My two big concerns are that the iPhone 5 (which I have through work) has a tiny screen and I need to squint to use it and media consumption is, I think, still poor (can I browse my shared drive at home and stream movies? Also do I still have to use iTunes to put music on iOS?) when I had an iPhone 4 I used to use the vlc app to load movies and stuff on the phone to watch on the move.
