WWDC XIII Event. Tonight 6pm

Thanks some nice features, but still no true widgets/live tiles.
Why half arsed measure. The weather icon changes, why not add more info, than just a changed picture,

And still no multi tasking on ipad? Like snap on win8 tablets.

The Haswell MBA is already up for sale on the site.

Hopefully their MBP stuff soon, but I'm rather impressed by a few of the features!

I'll be happy with all the best bits of Android (or most of them), add that to the already better app store and stability (in my view anyway), and it's nailed on to be great. Not sure about some of the icons and stuff but I can get used to it. :p

Unfortunately they haven't got the best bits for me :(, which will never happen, choice and customisability plus other wee things like being able to stream over LAN, widgets, no need for itunes etc.

Personally I don't think the app store is really that "much" better anymore, sure they have a more unified feel and are usually better optimised but android apps are now updating a fair bit so there is a better unified feel and most of the popular apps are all well optimised etc. If there are any problems (serious ones), the apps are usually fixed/updated with in a day or two.

Plus with all that new stuff for developers shown at google's i/o event, means we will see much better quality android apps now.

I also don't think stability is an issue these days with android :p I never have to reboot my one S at all in order to fix problems etc., nothing ever crashes/freezes except for the odd 3rd party app (which is very rare) and can't say I have seen anyone experiencing serious problems with the nexus 4 on 4.2.2, same with the GS 4 (latest update), HTC one.

But I am pretty impressed with iOS 7 so far, certainly a step in the right direction. My only complaint is the colour scheme and lack of unified feel/look throughout (something that annoys me to no end with android, only sense and motorola's skin are good when it comes to this area)

Getting fed up with android and OEMs in general when it comes to the update area

1Password, Last.fm, bump and a few other good apps are going to be bricking it now, seeing as a lot of what they do is going to be baked in to iOS 7

I think it all looks great. Hopefully I can get into the developer site tonight and that they have put it up already.

Mac pro looks impressive for its size, but that is coming from a non professional... I suspect a lot of functionality has been removed.

Dual CPU support is the biggest loss, but with GPU's taking over from CPU's these days less relevant.

I think they want to herd the lower end of the 'Pro' market into iMacs as this new Mac Pro has a lot of features that command a serious premium price tag, even for Apple.

Looks nice iOS7, a lot more polished and a few features added. Ill be trying one out once the new iphone comes out, time to replace my mums aging iphone4 so promised her ill get her one. And of course ill have a play with it as per usual:p

I think they've done an incredible job but I need to use it to make sure they have added key features. To be honest I think the Mac Pro stole the show and yes sure iOS7. I thought that iCloud keychain is brilliant. Tags is a stunning idea too. I'll be using that LOADS!

Can anyone install the beta or do you need UDID registration again?

You need UDID registration, free for Students :)

I'm surprised with the browser-based iWork in the Cloud that they didn't think of the obvious iTunes in the browser, especially given the way that services seem to be going platform-agnostic. (Unless you can do this already in which case I sound stupid lol)
