Yeah right 12 months from now it will be the next Cowell clone that is gonna be huge and wow look at them sing live. Its just a conveyor belt.

She has no personality to stand out from the crowd and thats what matters more than talent these days in pop. If Gary Barlow hadve released Patience on his own it wouldnt have even charted. Add the other 3 in and its no1 for 3 weeks even though it's just him singing.

Robbie williams is a karoke singer yet his personality was big enough.

This leona chick will be a nobody by the time xfactor 56 comes round next year. I mean pedalling out the clarkson song. Did that even make no1 for her over here? Yet it's guarenteed for this leona chick who doesnt have a 10th of the voice of clarkson.

Quick in quick out, no longevity.

She released an album around September but it was too late and all the hype over the X Factor had passed and she was not given any extra promotio so only got to #41.

The lead single from it got to #20

But at least it was an album almost entirely of original songs which I give her credit for

Simon Cowell, who knows a hella lot more than you or me says that Leona is the best contestant ever across all the X Factors/Pop Idols etc. So that follows that she has a better voice than Clarkson. He also announced that Whitney Houstons manager is going to sign Leona to work with her in the US.

Now, it may not be your favourite kind of music, and of course you are entitled to your opinion, but these guys are no mugs and can see genuine talent.

Oh well because he says so it must be true. He knows how to make money thats for sure. He says that crap about them being the best every year and he will say it again on the american one. Its not like he has a vested interest.

She has no personality. She has as much chance of cracking america as me. He will pimp her over there during american idol and no one will care.

Geniune talent gets you nowhere once the pop idol/ xfactor band wagon takes the winter off.

That's because he's different to most other singers/groups in the charts. My GF is a big fan of his.

Leona, on the other hand, is like a lot of other performers. Although she does have a very good voice, she isn't what the X-Factor is about (well, they keep saying that's what X-Factor is all about)

In my opinion this will not happen with Leona. She is in a different class and record labels will be queuing up to sign her if she was dropped. A talent like that will not be left to dwindle in to obscurity.

Congrats to Leona , a very nice flawless song totally owned Ray (Thank god) No doubt we will hear from Ray and Eton Road this next year. I think that coming 2nd is better than coming 1st imo, as you might get a better deal with another music contractor.
