** X-Plane 10 - The only new flight simulator in five years **

Rich... Please please please tell me that xplane can take full advantage of my CPU and GPU?!

Will there be plenty of stock to last a while as I need to buy some waterblocks first :(

I think what he was saying is that it's the only one dedicated to flight simmons as opposed to being for enjoyment (badly phrased, but you get what I mean)

The game engine (I think it's the game engine) is the one that analyses what the plane would do if it was in te real world in the weather conditions specified in te simulation and it calculates them for each individual case in real time; this is somethig only x plane does (on a commercial basis anyway) so rjk is technically correct when he says it. Practically, yeah, he's wrong :p just depends how you choose to interpret it.
 
never understood the appeal of flight simulators, combat flight simulators yes.

lets hope al qaeda dont have enough hard drive space for 80(wtf:O)gb
 
Ok disks just arrived through my door. Will most likely be all day on the install and then will give my opinions and a few screenshots later.
 
I looked at this a couple of years ago and tried flying a 747 through some hot air balloons and didn't even dent them :( How can that be real-world physics?

id guess you'd need a joystick to play them properly? will check the demo out always liked flying games
