Doesn't the front panel pop off if you release the 6 clips to allow you to get to the 80mm fans? Or have I missed something? Good work BTW.

definaly missed something, as ive cut a large section out of the front
i'm trying to work out how to put one 120mm fan in the back replacing 2 80mm fans and the square grill section so it looks good

Maybe pop-rivet/epoxy a piece of aluminium over the bits of the existing mesh that are outwith the new 120mm.fan? You could have one on both sides to completely obscure the existing mesh if you wanted.
