Nope, I think its more to do with the actual picture than any console setting.

Where the hell is that option!?
All I get is Next Image / Previous Image / Rotate Clockwise etc...

It's driving me mad.

I've gone: Media > Pictures > Computer > Image.jpg and there is no option!
 
Yep, just go over the picture with your cursor, don't load it up and press X to add it as your background. Sadly we can't have a picture per blade yet.
 
just use an imaging program to copy the image you want, then just paste it into the template and position it to where you want it and save :)
 
Im here with a simple plan 'stock' background.

Defo need to get a wireless adapter and get some nice looking bakgrounds on my 360 and I can play abit of Live lovin' :D
