I had my 360 from launch, it was fine for 6 weeks then started freezing more and more. Got to the stage where I could only play for 5 mins. I'm exchanging it when Game have stock.

Not telling you what to do mate, but I tried that this morning after reading the 'tip' from another thread.

Was told off Game that if the console is faulty, then I have to ring MS up and not to change it at store as it means they have one less stock. I did actually ask if they had them in stock before I mentioned it, and whilst they confirmed, they flatly refused when I mentioned my faulty machine. IF it has been within 10 days, then fine, but after that, it's MS.

You not even slightly concerned by that amount ?

As i said earlier if these were graphics cards that OcUK were selling, id think they'd be asking questions of em by now if they were getting RMA'd left right and centre.

They're being inconsistent. They've already agreed to exchange mine and legally they have to since they supplied it.
