I have done that, but it means I lose my place in the queue.

I might just keep all my orders and sell them to morons on gumtree.

It's a day one edition though not a day 2 edition. Part of the amazon pre order deal is guaranteed day one delivery. Once they've sold their allocation they will pull the ability to pre order like they did before. Part of the ms announcement was the fact that retailers were getting more allocated which is why amazon are offering it for pre order again.

I know, and I'm sure there wouldn't be a problem, but a lot of people wouldn't want to take the risk. That's why I like the fact that with ShopTo I can swap my bundle around without losing my place in the queue, if I feel the need to change.

Yeah I know what you mean but how can they offer them for pre order if they can't fulfil the order? Gonna be a lot of annoyed people if come November 22nd amazon turn round and say sorry none left.

What if MS hit some kind of production snag and each retailer loses 10% of their original allocation? I know it's an unlikely situation, but it could in theory happen. What retailers are promised and what they end up with could be two different things, through no fault of their own.

Except you can't unless you buy a bundle with additional stuff you may not want. I simply want to swap from Fifa day one to Forza day one and I can't. People are starting to cancel with Shopto and go to Amazon. Hopefully if Shopto get more stock they may open up the swap. I'm leaving my pre-order open with them for a little while to see if they allow it. I ordered from them the day we found out about the Xbox One, so I'll be very early in their queue.

Well I've just decided to cancel my FIFA day one edition and jump for the Forza version, from Amazon. Not that bothered by the so called queue, Amazon know how many they are getting from MS, and like Red and white they will pull when they've hit their allocation. As it is I'm still not sure if I'll go through with the order, so not that bothered if I miss out by swapping.

Why do you think they've waited so long to announce the launch date. They needed to figure out when they could meet their pre orders by
Probably turned out they could meet it easily and that's why they've offered up more for pre order. The forza bundle must be a separate allocation to the FIFA one anyway as the FIFA one is still sold out. You can only order a forza day one with amazon now.

Anyway I better get mine on day one or I'll be on here weeping like a small child
 
What postage are people using with Amazon, Expedited or First Class? With Expedited my delivery estimate is showing Saturday November 23rd, not release day.
