Hehe, at work - google claims the article is 16 minutes old so thought I'd throw it in here

I didn't realise buying an Xbox One at launch tied me into the system for life with no hope of buying a different console down the line![]()

I think it will be the Day One edition as well. Pretty sure MS confirmed that the digital versions of Forza, Ryse and DR will be the Day One editions, for a short time at least.Ive just said in the other thread that it should be the Day One version of Forza surely? I dont know Ive just guessed, would be better value if you wanted both games to get that one as it should work out cheaper no?

Have you played the latest FIFA, its the weakest of the last few, and as you can see here, its nowhere near as good as quality or system draw as Forza is...

Fifa sells double what Forza sells, of course it's a draw.
It probably sells to more casual gamers though, who wouldn't be buying a console at launch anyway

Is there any kind of comparison on whether the X1 or PS4 will be able to decode h.264 mkvs natively, browse network shares etc or is it just assumed that both devices will be 100% capable of that?

Update: Xbox One Day One Edition including Forza 5 now sold out! - See more at: http://xboxnews.game.co.uk/?cm_sp=TopNav-_-TopNav-_-XboxOne#sthash.8efsbSRX.dpuf
Apparently they take the money straight away.

They wouldn't be sending them to retailers already!?! I thought they would hold them in a warehouse somewhere and then send them on from there.
I'm sure they'll stay in the warehouse until much nearer the time, it makes no sense to send them out in dribs and drabs while they're still producing them. They wouldn't be sending them to retailers already!?! I thought they would hold them in a warehouse somewhere and then send them on from there.
