They weren't talking about a game bundled in with the console though. They use the word bundle meaning buying a console plus a game and getting the game a bit cheaper.
The game with the day one edition is not really a bundle, just a different SKU.

lol well then that's different isn't it, its a bit misleading to say it comes with the Forza SKU when you are buying a specific bundle that costs more than £430.

Do you really want the disc though. The disc can break, get scratched and all the other problems.
Where as a code is simple enough to correct even if the drive gets wiped, its always free to download?
Depends on the hype, problem is when everyone has the same idea of getting something for over the holidays.
Xbox has no killer game this time so I'd say its possible especially if you can reserve and then pay on the 20th, surely a retailer would agree to that
well i bought £430 in play dot com gift vouchers so i could buy it when it eventually comes in to stock, now sellers on there are selling for £500+ HAHAHAHA.

I just hope to god that Forza 5 does not get delayed now,, that is all us racers would need
What with Driveclub for the ps4 getting delayed ,,and GT6 not coming out on the PS4 but instead the PS3 .......
I doubt that will happen.
I'd have MUCH preferred a physical copy of the disc. My broadband link is only 1.5 Meg so it's probably going to take me all weekend to download my copy of Forza 5
Speaking of which does anyone have any idea yet how large the downloads for Forza5/Fifa 2014 will be.
I'm guessing around 15Gb for your average Xbone game? Maybe even more for Forza given large number of car models?

I got this, their payment provider set off an alert to my bank and they blocked my card, had to get it unblocked again.

You might not get a choice. The Forza bundle was limited and sold out in most places very quickly. As the initial free game was Fifa, anyone with a pre-order had to contact their retailer and specifically switch over to the Forza bundle. As you obviously haven't done that, you might be stuck with Fifa if Tesco have no stock of the Forza bundle available.I will get the forza bundle

If I read that article correctly MS must not be sharing the connector design if they are the ones providing a solution for both backwards compatibility and also for new headsets - I would have assumed the new headsets would have had the adapter logic built in, guess they want to reduce the chances of unofficial third party stuff to turn up...

Headsets will work fine if you buy one that uses optical out, this adaptor is for chat only.
Will be annoying not having chat on mine, but at least I can still use them for game sound.
