Considering my bank cancelled my card when I preordered my Surface due to it not being in my usual shopping habits, I have paid up front too.
 
Does anyone know if games like Battlefield 4 and Forza 5 will be available to download digitally from Xbox Live on day 1 instead of me buying hard copies?

I like having them digitally, at least for the games I know will be keepers and not sold on. So much more convenient than getting off my arse to swap discs, but joking aside it also stops me from selling and re-buying them which is a nasty habit of mine.

I am assuming (more hoping really) that pretty much all games will be available digitally. The online prices usually aren't tooo bad for new releases on XBL either, its just older games they are extortionate on.

Probably. Hope you've got a fast internet connection though or you'll be waiting a long time for them

Well Forza 5 must be, as the free version that comes with day one XB1 is a download code.

I'll just be waiting of FIFA to download while I blast FM5. Will have many many hours of Forza before I actually bother touching FIFA - then play FIFA too much ;)
 
Dissapointing!

I still wont be jumping ship though, I still prefer the lineup on Xbox and prefer the controller.

Anyone now leaping to PS4?
