Looks like the XO interior is basically the ES we saw when Wired had a look at it - interesting stuff is that it might support NFC, 802.11ac and BT4 if MS decide to implement it...

Yeah I noticed that on ifixit. Have we had any confirmation if the PS4 has a similar controller that "has potential" to support wifi camp, NFC etc?

Seems odd that Microsoft wouldn't enable the wifi ac if the chip supports it.

Apart from getting into it, it seems pretty damn simple to fix/repair/clean

Its draft ac, so it may never work - I guess they got a good deal on the chip - pretty sure Sonys isnt as advanced. Its my conjecture regards those features ever working - least theres a possibility...

Christ almighty, watching the Kokatu sizing video has just made me realise how ridiculously large the One is!

I'd love Microsoft to do a "making of" video to try and explain how they can justify quite so big a console! It would never require that much breathing room!
 
NFC could be cool-ish, store your gamertag on your phone with smartglass, and when you are at your mates just tap his console to log in.
