John Lewis has limited stock in six stores around the country (Oxford Street, Kingston, Bluewater, Bristol, Newcastle and Edinburgh) which will available when each outlet opens on Friday morning.
to be clear my wife has more game time than me on BF3 and cant wait to play on the new xbox, however she got to be up in 4 hours and me getting my console right now would not make her happy.

Funnily enough my missus has dressed up as a naughty schoolgirl tonight so has said you either play with me or play with the xbox....its a no brainer for me...sex always wins in the end

My missus was a bit grumpy but was in bed when I got home at 12.10 and then has disappeared off to work and is going to her parents for the weekend - score!
It's just past midday here and I've been on the Xbone since 8.30(having gone to bed at 3am) and am knackered... but must keep playing - it's launch day!!
Time to update!
I got this on a whim. Went to Tesco in Carrickfergus, Northern Ireland and was tipped off that a store 15 miles away had 12 non-preorders.
When I got there at 11pm I was 12th! In the end they had 15. All Day One Forza which came as a pleasant surprise after a few of us had been queuing thinking it was the standard console. Some guy at the front had been there since 7pm...

Seeing as my wife is so lovely, shes gone to sleep as long as i keep quiet. So ive set it all up and just going through the setup, downloading some update at the moment.
First impressions, very very nice and i love the fact that the bundled controller comes with a day one etching on it..very swish. So far so good, was pretty simple to set up with the connections at the back. AND ITS DAMN QUIET!!! lol, couldnt tell if it was on or not. About time M$ making it near silent now.
So the only issue i have at the moment is that the plug n play charge kit that i have, seems a bit retarded to have only one usb slot at the side of the xbox. Surely as i have 2 controllers, you would think they would put at least 2 usb slots on the side but seems like its only the one they have there. There are 2 more at the back, thankfully the plug n charge wire is pretty long so have enough to slot it into the back of the machine when it needs charging up.
But ill buy one of those charging stations when they are available, asked at Game and they said as of yet they dont know when they will be available.
All in all pretty impressed with it, will try and get some gaming in but im meant to be up for work in a few hrs.
Anyhow thats all from me for the time being. Will probably report back sometime tomo.
As for Game, they messed up..got Forza as part of the day one deal and they still gave me FIFA 14 as a download without charging me for it. They messed up there as i changed my day one from a fifa 14 to a forza day one.

Anyone wanting to pick one up without preorder tomorrow morning should try Argos. My friend who works there says stock got delivered a few days ago, they are all non preorder ones as the preorder consoles were home delivery only.

Are the consoles that come with a game. Are the games included in the console box or as a download.Based on the size of the games I guess it'll be in the box?
