Yeah, I got that one and it's pretty obvious Orb screwed up with the measurements.

However, I've found on my TV at least that the Kinect is still pretty sturdy and can't really be knocked off unless something majorly knocked it, so despite the design flaw I'm keeping mine.

Ordered Forza and picked it up in store today. Also ordered Black Flag which had stock problems so not sure I'll get that or not.

Same here, I also ordered one from MS which I though was a pre order as MS said they did not have stock. I cancelled the MS order this morning but they said it maybe too late so now I have two getting delivered.

I ordered 5 items so a saving of 100 quid would have bought more but my cc kicked in stopped any further orders some sort of fraud protection for unusual purchasing habits.
 
Anyone else lost their BF4 save? I got to the dam level, and turning my console on today is holding no reference to the fact I have a previous save. FML.

You "might" get a temporary suspension for excessive swearing in uploaded clips through upload studio, not anything to do with Kinect or Skype at all. :rolleyes:

It's nominally to discourage people up loading clips completely filled with the C word which could be accessible by kids or in fact anyone else not expecting a barrage of abuse when looking at a gaming clip. You'd get a suspension if you used the same language here... Nice try at spinning the usual anti Xbox news though.
 
still huge demand for these, my spare unopened xbox day one just fetched £560 on ebay, it actually got bid up to £580 but it was by somebody with zero feedback registered today so I canceled it.
 
Can somebody do me a favour and go to:

Settings > Network > Detailed network statistics

and let me know what your latency is?

Mine is averaging around 180ms and I just think that seems high, I've been playing Ghosts and I see somebody and I just feel like I am dying instantly almost as if they're seeing me before I see them. Could I get a few replies, please?

Mine says 167ms but on speedtest.net etc its usually about 6-8ms max :S
