**XBOX ONE** Official Thread

On a complete tangent I finished RYSE earlier. The second half of the game for me was truly awesome and I found it hard to put down. The first half I found a bit repetitive but as I realised that I could unlock new executions and the newer and far harder enemies emerged, I really started to enjoy it.

The colosseum part is one of the best moments I've played in a computer game as its so well made it just oozes quality. Excellent game, highly recommend buying it.
 
In the settings there's an option to use Kinect for chat microphone.

I don't want to use this feature, but it disables the microphone in Skype :(

Games disable / Skype enable ???

Any idea....
 
omg peggle 2 is a blast me ,the mrs and my two daughters are loving it, eldest goes first then we take turns on each level to beat each others score :D kids were begging for one more go before bed. not sure why anyone would pay the asking price for angry birds when this game is only a tenner :rolleyes: hopefully it does well so we can get expansions etc if i had to score it id give a 9/10 the only thing which I'm not a massive fan of is the over use of the dvr :mad: wish there was a option to enable or disable auto recordings
 
anyone else have random softcore porn shared by 'someone' in the skydrive. all check the skydrive shared page now please. I'm pretty annoyed and so is my wife. People have mentioned it on the xbl forums too.

I picked up my xbox yesterday and got it all set up. The only problem im having is none of the feeds are working. The games dont show any pictures and none of the videos work?.

A couple of other people reported the same issue. Switching it off at the wall for 60 seconds and then booting it back up seemed to work for them.
 
Anyone have an answer to this question?

If I have the the power settings set to turn my TV & amp on and off with the commands "XBox on" & "XBox turn off" then the XBox will turn the TV & amp on and off.

If however I just have the power settings set to turn on the TV & amp, not set to turn them off, they don't come on when I say "XBox on".

I have googled this but can't find an answer in the sea of forum chat across many different forums.

Any ideas?

I had a Homehub 4 so was affected by this issue.

EDIT: Youtube also worked briefly so I assume it is just buggy. Somewhat ironically it played fine for 30 seconds and now says the video format is not supported.... er what?!
