Lol, very true. Hopefully that'll stop tomorrow when we get some concrete info from MS, which will hopefully include the release date.

I'm really also looking forward to all the gameplay footage which will come out. It feels like ages since we got some footage from any of the upcoming games. I need more gameplay stuff to get me even more excited :D

Anyone know why its not being streamed? I assume the press will treat it like an Apple event and hope for decent wifi!

Seems the last opportunity MS have as I doubt theyll go to TGS in full force or leave a big announcement to then? I dont even think they have anything scheduled other than being an exhibiter there...

Well architecture doesnt necessarily mean hardware, its a vague term on purpose in my eyes - I think its more to do with TV side than anything...

Wonder if that will shed light on the new port

It wasn't marked so it's probably just a proprietary port on the engineering/developer sample models. I'd be surprised if it's on the retail version.

The thing is, some of what Cboat says is so obvious I really don't see how he can try to pass it off as "Truthfacts". The idea of a Kinect-less SKU has been mentioned for months, even before MS confirmed that the Kinect didn't need to be plugged in. I mentioned it months ago. So a confirmed XB1 dev says its untrue, well im sure he has no vested interest in how the XB1 sells :D. I've given up on any PR from MS being true or well stay true for any length of time lol. Just the other day someone tweeted i think Phil Spencer about a possible delay to the XB1 in the EU and was told it wasnt true. A few hours later MS confirmed that it was only going to release in 13 not 21 countries, either its just PR lies or incompetence im not sure which.
I just dont understand how they have come from how the 360 was sold to the consumer to how the XB1 is being sold to us now, even now i dont belive that the original DRM policy is dead, i truly expect it after a year or so to come back. I just dont trust the Execs/PR from MS at the moment, the back tracking, and lies just dont sit right with me at the moment.

Also for it not to be confirmed at Euro Gamer expo by now also seems a bit strange, PS4 was confirmed to be at the show a while ago. I wonder if they are planning thier own big show so no one can steal the thunder and maybe some kind of tour like they did with the 360?
 
Just look at the PR disaster from the unveil back in May to E3. Least now they can cherry pick clips/videos without to much damage and more control.

That interview with the guy from Denmark is laughable is no wonder people have such a negative view of MS and the information that they have given out so far.
