**XBOX ONE** Official Thread

I doubt it would be FIFA or COD, they're both WAY to big surely? FIFA is probably the biggest selling game in Europe. I would however be extremely happy with FIFA, COD would be traded in I guess if it could be :/. I'm putting in my prediction now though, Killer Instinct or NOTHING! Most of the other games sell on there own merits in large quantities really, I wouldn't mind a casual Kinect to ease me into that though much like Wii Sports.
 
The link said an exclusive deal, not an exclusive game. That to me means its a multi-platform game which MS are trying to bundle by handing over huge wodges of cash. :D
 
I'm going to predict new IP announced tomorrow. Also possibly a digital download title to encourage new users onto the store and a good incentive to get as many consoles online as early as possible. :)
 
Some decent looking games coming out, got my xbox one on pre-order but tbh i dont know if i will get it at launch. I hardly play on my xbox360 as it is, cant remember the last game i played...think it was Forza horizon but since then havent played a game.

Saying that i have the new Tom Clancy splinter cell game coming, again not sure if i should cancel or play it when it comes in. Just no time these days to play console games, missus has more or less taken over my free time with all the going out and doing stuff that we do:p
 
From CVG its a unique exclusive with a value of 40 Euros? Doesnt sound like Fifa 14 perhaps its some kind of Fifa Kinect spin off game or something?

It would make sense as DR3 is an 18 and COD too big a franchise with guaranteed high volume sales, and the other games would likely lack mass market appeal broadly speaking.

EDIT: Really hope its not FIFA, surely something with more universal appeal would be better. From a development point of view something that isn't guaranteed to sell a large number of units, like a new IP for example.

What about the Insomniac game? Or does it have to be an unannounced third-party exclusive? Can it be FIFA14 when thats not an exclusive? Rumour is confusing!

I wonder why Microsoft isn't doing a press conference, yes they are doing an event where press can see/play the console, but Sony are doing an official streamed conference, this close to launch you would think Microsoft would want to show the console to as many people as possible, unless the system is just not ready for that kind of exposure.

Just more control/less mishaps when they upload highlights from the show when the US wakes up.
