The only game I really want is dead rising 3.

And is it worth £430 to do that day one? I want ghosts on it too but I'm not blown away by it on 360.
 
That ad annoys me actually, so someone can jsut f with what you are doing?

I though the point was that the Kinect recognised who was holding the controller and would issue the commands only.
 
I still can't decide which to get, I'm swaying towards the xb1 due to my history, always had a 360, had 3 ps3's at various times and never kept them.
I'm too impatient to wait too long, bit gutted to hear we need an adaptor to use current headsets on the xb1 though, I also read that said adaptor is not due out untill 2014 :S

Taking the video seriously, if they have a profile on your xbox then yes it would sign them in and AFAIK it is by who is holding the controller. What happens as per the vid though as when she gives the first command he isn't holding it so who knows who the xbox obeys then.

oh right i thought it was a perm ban so they would be no more need for downloading period. well at least this is a sign that it is a temporary ban, though i always thought it would be.

its a top statement, you have to agree the whole microsoft reveal has been **** up after **** up, like endless train carriages banging into each other. i think its very fitting imo

Just take 3d for example, it disorients most people when used first, most get used to it after a while. Though some never to and it can leave users feeling sick, itchy eyes, migraines etc. This is well documented.

After viewing crisp 1080p for years and years my eyes have been accustomed to that 1080p crispness. 720p fuzziness makes my eyes attempt to refocus and ajust but fails to do so as the source is blurred not my eyes focus. It's a continuos cycle of my eyes focussing, zoning out and refocusing etc which leads to repetitive eye strain injury, feeling sick, migraines and burst blood vessels from the eyes working to hard.

If I continue to use 720p for weeks on end my brain and eyes would get used to the fuzzier/blurred picture and of course this would stop. But I play 90% of my games at 1080p so don't want to have to switch back and forth. Hence why points about last gen are null since I was used to the lower res.

woops just read this, you know i can definitely relate to the blurry makes your head hurt. was doing some training at work and we were reading off a projector, it wasnt focused correctly and no one in the room could see the blurryness except me and it forced me to stop looking.

when i see 720p it doesnt look blurred, you must have really sensitive eyes, do you wear glasses if not are you over 30? you may want to get a eye test

I cancelled both my preorders as I felt the same way. Now the missus has given the nod to buy one (after I spent the money on a 55" TV instead!).

She made a good point - "you'll end up buying them both anyway so why not get at least one now so you have it when the better games come out?". Hard to argue with her logic!

LOL, it would be more logical to actually wait until the better games come out. The consoles are not going to become rare and unobtainable after launch day. :D
