From reading seems a lot of people have stick drift and bumper issues, never had any issues with my 360 controller.
I tried to see if they would do a one off replacement for my elite pad (I'd read on-line they had done one off courtesy replacements for others out of warranty). The guy did say it was 1 year with them so worth trying if you're in that time frame. He just spent ages getting me to upload the receipt and try to do it through the console warranty, it was a waste of time.
I do wonder if it depends on who you speak to...
I have an elite pad plus Forza 4 reserved at Argos for £105 but I think I might just do a repair jobby on mine, needs new grips and the RB button replacing. Its a nice pad but you need a good warranty!

Maybe they did mine due to purchasing xbox x and that gave me another year? Strange how they replaced mine after 2 years
I also have an Xbox one X Scorpio within warranty registered. He politely suggested I take the pad to an xbox store or buy a new pad.
My pad is 2+years old too.

MS really need to sort out their dashboard/UI on the X it is pathetic.
It's always been slow but last night and today it's been terrible, the first page is usable but the mixer/community/game pass/store take forever to do anything.

Cool, same here but as said I use wifi, so not as good and my X1 is quite far from the router, but it still has very good and stable connection for wifi.
I use a switch from my main pc which works well.
I don't see the point in the Xbox game pass, there's nothing really worth playing unless you want to pay £8 a month for the Halo series?

Little of topic, is the EA pass worth it as in amount of games available.

Xbox One controllers are notorious for this. Cheaply made compared to previous 360 models. I bought a two off Ebay for £10 each as it is a relatively easy fix if you can solder. Replaced my sticks with ones with more resistance like xbox 360 as the standard ones are sloppy as anything. Cannot remember where I got them from mind.

That seems a decent deal when you consider that even just buying Forza Horizon 4 is about that, especially with things like Crackdown 3 to come next year....

Having received mine yesterday, yay for amazon prime lol. Have to say mine is quiet, can hardly hear it’s on. The only time I heard it was when I was installing a few games but that it wasn’t that loud.
As quiet as my Xbox one, probably more quiet. To be fair I only played for an hr or so but didn’t notice any whines etc.
