Yeah but, do you know what, Xbox live is just better. I guess that's why you pay for it, no? Buy both for the games but for the online experience there's only one way to go.
No.

The only thing worth paying for on XBL is the party chat, and even that isn't worth £30+ a year.
PS3 has better exclusives

Hmm Debatable
The whole thing is debatable. Neither one is categorically better than the other, it all depends on how you'll use the console (online or offline, just games or other entertainment too) and what games you like.
I have both and I enjoy the games (and additional features) on both. If I was told I could only keep one, I'd keep the PS3. At least it's not trying to sell me things as soon as I turn it on.
Sorry but even though Xbox live was definitely the better service earlier on, With the exception of Party chat, Its no longer the case.
txt your friend to tell them to join, really modern.Hmm Debatable
Live is still way better than PSN, try set a game up in GT5 and tell me PSN is goodtxt your friend to tell them to join, really modern.
Debatable but the general consensus.
, its my passion and hobby, so I HAD to get both.
With whom?
multi-plats are about the same on each console and they both have a good selection of exclusives. so, for a what console offers the best exclusives.... throw a coin in the air to decide what one to get.Without wanting to start a fanboy war...
I'm in the market for a console, not having had one for many years, and I'm just after opinions on whether to get the Xbox 360 or PS3. Having had a look at the games, most seem to be available for both platforms, with the exception of Halo and probably a few others, but I have no idea about the other stuff like size and quality of the online community.
I imagine many of you have both consoles so I bow to your collective wisdom!
E: ooh! 11111th post![]()
You should be able to invite them in if they are playing the same game.
You would think so yeah, not with PSN though.
I don't think any of my mates have a console to be honest! I'm 36 myself so families and other stuff tend to take over at this age... Besides, I imagine you lot would be more than happy to be my online gaming buddies?!![]()
