Got an S through Argos but apparently they take the money upfront so want to get it on Amazon instead

They do, I tried to order PS5 the other day went through the ordering process twice and site failed. However they didn't fail to put a hold on my money.

Yeah i was in the queue for that waste of time the console will be gone before you sort that out.

Ive just given up now tbh, people slagged off PS5 pre order but I had no issues getting that via Amazon.

Trying to get this however was like 3080 not a dam site loaded.

I'll leave it now, I was only getting it as a cheap game pass device anyway

Managed to get through the order process at Argos for a series X. Now the anxious wait for a confirmation email!!

I have an order confirmation for an X through Game, purchased through Xbox All Access... hopefully they won't cancel it

It was likely never going to be.

New console launches are always like this (as in it is always hard to get them for the first month or two). I remember going to London and queuing for an xbox 360 on launch day when i was younger

This year might be even worse as its likely we wont be able to do anything but sit on our arses at home all day due to covid-19 restrictions in the winter!
