*** Xbox SSF4 League - Season 5 ***

I can understand Ken being buffed but Akuma? No need for that. As for Ryu, I read somewhere Diago, Valle, Air and other top level Ryu players are all now using other chars so yeah it looks like he has been shafted. I won't abandon him though. ;)

He did? I thought his medium dp got full 5 frames invincibility and his ultra 2 is now combo-able into chp. What nerfs did he get? Interesting to know so I can adjust?

Unfortunate for ro88ie, you might've beaten me, your chun has become really strong. :)

If I remember correctly, I struggled a lot with akuma. We'll play a ft5 when your xbox regains life. ;)

Akuma's only nerfs are less stun on EX tatsu and no more coward copter. Negligible nerfs imo. Theoryfighters would say you shouldn't be using EX tatsu anyway except for corner combos. Less stun is actually a good thing depending on the situation. Although that depends on your opinion on the value of implied odds in regards to stun.

crhp xx u2 is not possible, I think this is a case of chinese whispers as U2 has been given a larger (specifically: downward) hitbox when U2 is cancelled off of a teleport, meaning it will now hit crouching characters. So now for csHP xx teleport xx U2 the character no longer needs to be standing.

Still no xbox!!

Yup, In warranty till December. Left it till tonight because I want to try and get everything off the HDD - all arranged now.
It hasn't been a good week for me, having to send my i5-2500K and P8Z68 motherboard back to OCuk as well.
ALL I HAVE IS A DS AND TIGER WOODS GOLF. I might go crazy!

Hopefullly I'll be up and ready for SSF4: AE Season 1 :D

Just to confirm, this is still SUPER only. BTW Art who were you using?

Final Deadlines:

Tue 21st - elrasho vs kenny
Wed 22nd - adz vs drsk
Thur 23rd - adz/drsk vs jester/elrasho/kenny
Fri 24th - overmostheads vs -----
Sunday 19th - GRAND FINAL

If anyone misses the deadlines, I will simply toss a coin to decide who goes through unless obviously you are posting in the thread trying to arrange your game.
