which do you think is better.

I was just playing pro evo soccer and IMO it seems that my finger slips off the analog stick much easier on the 360 pad. Is this just my imagination lol.

I think maybe 360 pad is better overall but I think the stick on ps pad is less finger slippy?

Overall I prefer the PS3 pad, I don't have very big hands and the majority of complaints I hear are to do with people who have large hands and experiencing cramps from holding the smaller controller. I like the 360 pad but it does feel a bit clunky in my hands, the triggers are great though, I wish the PS3 had proper triggers. I think the DS3 sticks have more grippy bits but the 360 ones have a concave so for me they offer about the same sort of grip.

360 pad all the way. I find it much more comfortable than the PS pad. Too much time spent on the old PS2 pads really left my hands painful. The d-pad on the 360 pad however, is dire.

yeh i have tiny girly hands so the 360 pad is quite chunky also the triggers are good for shooting but in football games it dont really matter.

I wish they did an adapter to use an Xbox 360 pad on the PS3 that made the triggers analogue. All the ones that are available at the moment don't seem to do this which makes it no good for racing games etc.

ps3 pad

i will never get why the sticks are unevenly placed on the 360 pad or why they have the dips in the top

the buttons and dpad are shocking too in comparison

the back triggers are good though

PS3 pad is AWFUL for FPS games. It's impossible to press the thumb stick in to run and move at the same time, it just doesnt work the same way as 360. It's very flimsy if thats the right word, I hate the PS3 pad.. guess what i'm saying is: i prefer xbox controller :p

PS3 pad is shocking IMO, feels really cheap and flimsy, thumb sticks are too loose which means i inevitably end up buying FPS games for the 360.

In fact i find some games physically painful to play on the PS3 due to the button/trigger layout. I can honestly say that i wont be buying a PS4 unless its pad is radically different, which would be a shame.

In short, i prefer the 360 pad, however its not without its own flaws.

Razer Onza (or a standard wired 360 pad) with a Cross Battle adapter should do the trick. I was going to go this route myself, but all exclusive FPS games on PS3 are pretty **** IMO so it wasn't worth it.

360 pad all the way.

The PS3 pad is 15 year old ergonomics and imo they've actually gone backwards with the design, the triggers are awful and the concave analogue sticks of the original dualshock/360 controller are far superior. The only thing it has going for it over the 360 pad is the D-pad which is hardly used anyway.

people saying ps3 pad is light and flimsy are you just saying this because its light ?

my ps3 pad flexes less than my 360 pad , the ps3 pad has a nicer smooth finish whereas the 360pad is like a plastic 80s car bumper. light = good anyway
