Is the Wikipedia article accurate... or has it just been fabricated? I read an article the other day that had been edited to included Ronald McDonald and various other stupid characters. :(

As far as I'm aware, the Wikipedia article is pretty accurate- I've read most of L. Ron Hubbards books and some of those analysing the underlying theology etc. and its pretty much what I have seen. Having said that though, I can't vouch for the accuracy/ validity of its sources.

:p.

The kidnapped populace was loaded into space planes for transport to the site of extermination, the planet of Teegeeack (Earth). The space planes were exact copies of Douglas DC-8s, "except the DC-8 had fans, propellers on it and the space plane didn't."

How did the plane move? Did they use hydrogen bombs to push it along?

Well in space we are currently looking to propel our selfs with a partical accelerator which means that the exit point for the particle stream could be very small.

As an atheist I find most religions very funny especially the back water ones, but I will still listen to them and not just pass them off. If this brings comfort to people to help them sleep at night then so be it.

Is Dianetics like the F-plan or the Atkins?

Its like Atkins on crack.

Seriously though...everyone should read and understand as many religious texts as possible; if only to better understand their fellow man.
