I bought my Aimpad XL for about a tenner many years ago now - I'd almost be tempted to buy two at that price in case you drop some pizza on it or similar. Quite a few people here have reported that it comes out quite well in a cold wash in the washing machine, if the worst happens!

Another benefit of this mat is that it dampens your keystrokes on the desk, so it's not nearly as loud or annoying for people around you. My keystrokes could be heard in the room below before I had one, as the floor was wooden, the desk cheap and from Ikea, with metal legs etc, and the G11 isn't the most quiet keyboard in the world. It's a lot better with the matt.

It's an Antec P182SE. Limited run of mirror finish cases they did a few years ago now. Lovely case. The inside is powdercoated black as well. Mine is still mint - I've got no idea what someone would pay for it now though. A normal P182 would fetch probably £50 in that condition, but this one is pretty special and they don't come up for sale very often at all, especially in such good condition. Auction site may well be quite kind! Doubt I'd get any takers on the MM!

See my post above - cold wash in the washing machine apparently has good results. Make sure it's a gentle cycle though, don't have it spinning or anything!
