I fancy one of these but it's just a little too big for where I want to put it. Would there be any adverse effects if I was to cut about 2 inches off one side? Would the material start to frey or peel back? Anyone else ever cut one?

What happens to my order though with this being out of stock and the other item being instock? Do they get shipped separately or will I have to wait until they are both in stock?

If you have ordered with two seperate orders you can either call and get this amended to one order which will ship, however two seperate orders should ship the same day anyway :)
 
I would rather like one of these, but I just don't have enough room on my desk (or rather table!) to accomodate it! :(

It looks like I will just have to start looking around for a larger desk now then! ;)

I ordered this and an active displayport adaptor in 1 order this morning. Obviously the mat isn't in stock so wont be shipped, but will the displayport adaptor be shipped today or will it be held until the mat is shipped?

holy cow i want one or two, how long is this offer on for as i need to find another 40 ish posts to qualify for free delivery. also do i need to be registered as a member for a set amount of time to qualify for free delivery?

You need to stick around a bit longer and create a couple more posts then, no spamming though. ;)

i know yeah, i've been a lurker for sometime, i could kick myself for not registering earlier now :mad:

i've just checked and its 4.98 postage 2nd class for me atm, surely it aint gonna cost 4.98 to post it 2nd class? :confused:

am i right in thinking gibbo is the owner?.. can you go and give him a good kick in the gonads for not opening up in wolverhampton in the first place and then another kick for moving even further away from wolverhampton when ocuk relocated.

regarding this surface, does it tend to roll up at the edges or does it remain flat?
 
My first order with OcUK was this very pad 2 years ago, it's still in near perfect condition but I can't resist at this price. A spare ordered, thanks.

There will be postage if you are not applicable for the free shipping, and Gibbo is not the owner, he is the Purchasing Manager. We have only moved about 10 minutes away from the old premises, it isn't that far away.

The surface itself does roll up on the edges to start with as they are rolled up and packaged in a tube but they do straighten out when having it flat on your desk after a week or so.

Im guessing that as I have not had a dispatch e-mail then I will have to wait for the mat to come instock before I get my displayport adaptor then?
 
That thing is huge!!!

Will come in handy when I have a friend or two sleeping over and got no spare bed.
