Xperia Arc, what next?

I do have it in a case, but looking at it there is no obstruction, it also does exactly the same when out of a case as well, i.e. it connects to the pc, then if cable is moved, or phone moved it drops the connection then tries to recoonect, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Went to a phone shop yesterday and was reccomended a htc sensation or samsung galaxy s11 as a replacement. What are peoples thoughts on these?

Thanks for the link.

Camera is now failing on my arc, you take a pic and it either corrupts and you get half a picture or the image is inaccessible.

SE warranty is pretty good, my X10 had a fault with the USB port and they just replaced it within 7 days of me sending the phone to them.
 
They have offered me an ARC S as replacement, so am quite pleased.

Right can anyone tell me how to reset the phone to factory defaults? Or is it a case of removing things bit by bit?

Well received the Arc S and wow, it feels a lot better phone.

Much more responsive, and when I click the charger in it goes with a click unlike the previous one!
