Xpert Eleven - Online Football Management Game

A couple of good results sees me 3 points off 2nd place. Beat top of the table away from home this week which is quite an acheivement considering its their first loss.
 
I was pleased with my draw this week but I'm sure the bananas aren't, they have been slipping of late and are gonna struggle to get promotion now. I've got Colaton next so hopefully I can do as well as Cliffys Teapots:)

Poor decision to give a penalty, shocking refereeing :D

Seriously though, was a bit surpised to lose as we were prepared, had more shots (slightly!) and more posession :confused: Draw would have been the fair result.

edit: Just reread that and don't intend to come across as a bad loser(!) was a good result for the Teapots :)

Sealed promotion with a win in the last game, would be nice to pick up a point at the weekend which I think would seal the title.

Not bad considering we were about the only team not mentioned in Wormy's pre-season press release as having a chance of going up :p
 
I just got accepted to the League :D

I was called Rinseomatic by default, but I am now Hash Browns.

I've got nothing set as my next fixture and I can't see myself in any of the fixtures in the future. Do i just go about arranging some friendlies at the start?
 
You won't get a fixture list til the new season has been arranged. There's still 2 games left in the current season.


You can arrange some friendlies if you want. League games are played on a Sunday evening, so you'd probably be best picking Wednesdays or Thursdays for your friendlies for the next couple of weeks.
 
i can see the challenge team button, but is there anyway i can specifiy a Wednesday or Thursday?

You can't, match days in this league are Thursdays and Sundays, these are the only days you can play. With league games being on Sundays then whilst the season is in progress you'll only be able to play Thursdays. If you set up a friendly then the game will be played on the next match day both teams have available after the date the challenge is accepted so if you challenge someone and they accept today you'll get a game tomorrow, if they don't accept soon enough you'll have to wait until next week.
 
Don't you need 4th from bottom to lose to bottom though? Quite unlikely!

I've almost guaranteed my spot in the prem next year :).
