I date back to the time when - amazingly - images weren't allowed in sigs. Remember that anyone?

Vaguely, but I also remember prior to the sig size rules (damn some were big - one was over a MB, and that was in 2000-01), and the reason we have a 5 image limit per post (someone making a post with thousands of animated smilies - crashtastic)

Too many old members to name tbh.

I joined around 2000 IIRC, I was considering overclocking my Pentium 3 450mhz to a blistering 500mhz - by actually moving the jumpers physically. Crazy days.

I can't help but feel i'm out of my depth here :)

I don't think I even had a PC back in 2000, as those were my LAN days and playing CS in beta. Crazy.

I joined at the end of 2002, and I'm still here now, darn it, I want my 4 years back !!! That was when Radeon 9700 Pro's were the must have card !!

Must admit there are times when I haven't dropped in because I've made a post and have had one or two members slam me down for doing so. But anyway, doesn't seem to be too much of that going on at the moment and the willy waving seems to be at a minimum.

Some great bits of nostalgia here, I first joined Sept '00 I think (under the name scr0t), when the boards were still UBB and black/blue. Then they came back wite/purple :p

I think I even remember when Gibbo got a job at OcUK (I think?)

I remember when the overclockers.co.uk site was selling overclocked processors such as the famous AMD processor that was first to be overclocked by using a pencil/silver pen to join the bridges.

I only registered on the website approx 1 year ago but I have been browsing the forums and not posting since 2000.

Gibbo was around as a forum member ( and overclocking guru ) long before he started working there
