Yet another CV critique request...

Right i thought i had applied too late but the jobs been reopened, most likely the first batch of people they interviewed didn't cut the mustard.

Guy at the agency told me that my CV will be going to a HR manager who will undoubtedly know nothing about the technical section of the CV and will probably be looking for buzz words, can anyone recommend me some change too make regarding this piece of advice? I guess i need to make myself sound as interesting as possible now....

installation... configuration, installation and configuration, installation... too many of the same word! we get the point :p

Remove supermarket experience, it's meaningless at this point of your career. Just put something like:

"2004-2006 - worked in a supermarket"

or just remove it.

Put a lot more detail about your current role. You've worked there for over 6 years, it's your only relevant job and you've just listed a few lines of generic stuff. Tell us about the projects you worked on and how they saved money or improved things.

I don't like the "one word on a line" list of personal skills either. When I look at CVs, I perform what I call the "so what" test. Read over the CV and nit pick everything. e.g. you say you are flexible - well so what? If I'm hiring you, what does it mean for me? How can it help me? One word on it's own (on its own line!) doesn't tell me much of anything.
