Yet Another Game Pulled From UK Shelves

This time the BBC is reporting that the Nintendo DS game MindQuiz from publisher UbiSoft has been pulled from shelves in the UK. Apparently the game tells the player at one point that if they have low performance in the game it rates your efforts in a manner that is "derogatory to the disabled" (the article does not get more specific)
 
The word was 'spastic' here's an image from the game aswell;

That being said, I laughed my ass off the other week when my friend used the word "spasticated" to describe a cash machine that wasn't working.

Surely there must have been a UK member of Ubisoft that would have known it wouldnt go down well here?
