Luckily, I've only had the misfortune to experience Yodel twice, and neither times were from my own choice.
1st time - pair of headphones to my home address in August 2011. I get carded as I was at work, card says "gone back to depot, will try again tomorrow". 10 minutes later, neighbour knocks on my door and hands said headphones over to me.
2nd time - smoke fluid (used at nightclubs) to my work address in October 2012. Tracking said "couldn't find address, back to depot", where my building has its own post code, is covered with CCTV, and is staffed 8AM-6PM. Next day, delivered ok.
The lying basts.
Oh, and don't bother contacting them by email or phone. Their CS is non-existent.
Aha, what a coincidence! I've just been given the run around by Yodel myself... Ended up cancelling the order after two weeks of getting nowhere.
I seriously don't understand how this company is still operating to be honest with you.
Request a refund on the delivery, I'd personally try to steer clear of any websites who use Yodel and other crap delivery networks like them.
That's what someone at work saidquite easy
all those "lost" parcels, their being sold on ebay![]()
Now that is late.
