I bought a scale model a few weeks back delivered by Yodel. When it arrived, it was all in bits

Had a case of wine 'delivered' by yodel yet never made it to my door.
Reported it only to find out the yodel driver had quit that day so they couldnt investigate.
My neighbours turned up with the wine a few days later, it had been thrown into their garden over a 6' security fence...
